Contractor accounts allow applying for select permits, scheduling inspections, and paying fees.
Public User accounts (Homeowners) allow for scheduling inspections and paying fees.
To set up a Public User account click on Public Account Setup to register.
**To schedule an inspection online, you will be required to create a user account**
